Our Church Value Statements
God’s Word:
Our conviction is that the Holy Bible is the complete, inerrant, infallible word of God. It is the foundation of all our beliefs. It is to be proclaimed from our pulpits, taught in our classes and homes, and honored by our obedience.
Discipleship:
Our conviction is that we develop a personal, life-long, obedient relationship with Jesus Christ in which He transforms our character into Christ-likeness, our values into His values, and our purposes into His purposes.
Evangelism:
Our conviction is that it is the responsibility of Christians, as individuals and as a church, to actively and consistently seek out Christ-honoring opportunities to pursue, win, and disciple the lost, both locally and worldwide.
Prayer:
Our conviction is that prayer is an integral part of our personal lives and our church life as we seek to relate to our Creator and as He leads us in knowing His will for our lives and for our church.
Worship:
Our conviction is that worship acknowledges who God is because He alone is worthy. Worship should be a lifestyle that honors and glorifies God, as individuals and as a church.
Our church Family:
Our conviction is that every individual was lovingly created by God and all are equally valued by God. Therefore, we welcome with compassion all people regardless of their needs.
Our conviction is that we value church family as brothers and sisters bonded by God’s love, seeking to share our lives and our Christian journey with one another by spending time with each other.
Our conviction is that we believe in traditional marriage, designed by God, between one man and one woman.
Stewardship:
Our conviction is that the church should operate as a unified team of servants practicing stewardship of the gifts and resources with which God has blessed us.
